oops...t-case restrictor
this shouldn't be here, but oh well. remove this piece to let the t-case shift into 2-low. If you want 2-low, but want the U-shaped pattern (2hi-4hi-4lo-2lo) instead, just cut off the top ear, or something like that.

these are a popular swap into FJ40s, which have vacuum-retard distributors. Nobody wants a retard... :)
